Joy Van developed this digital version of Banqi, played on half of a Chinese Chess board. Players take turns flipping over face-down pieces placed within the squares to determine their team's color. This mechanic forces players to reveal their pieces while attempting to capture the opponent's units through strategic movement and piece identification.

Collecting all flags scattered throughout a maze allows players to advance through 75 different stages. Using the radar located at the bottom of the screen, you can track the movement of faster enemy cars to avoid collisions. Navigating these mazes requires careful maneuvering to outrun opponents while successfully gathering every objective to progress.

MCS-920 navigates diverse environments, ranging from colorful coral reefs to frozen cities, to combat bionic mutants and alien ships. Players defeat grotesque alien guards to steal and utilize bizarre weapons, enhancing their firepower to survive encounters with tentacles and various extraterrestrial threats across the scrolling shooter stages.
