Players utilize a disguise mode to infiltrate enemy lines and wield multiple weapons to battle The Reich. The single-player campaign includes a save facility for pausing progress, while a multiplayer mode supports up to 4 players.

Manipulate three 3D-rendered pinball tables, including Tarantula, Jailbreak, and Daredevil, to trigger exclusive single and multiball game modes. Players navigate the spider's lair in Tarantula, attempt to escape prison guards in Jailbreak, or take on high-stakes challenges in Daredevil to climb the scoreboard.
